JoomlaGATor! v2.2.0 Final

Here's the final release of version 2.2.0 of JoomlaGATor! the new name for the Google Analytics Module for Joomla 1.5. All known bugs have now been fixed. Just awaiting translation. Changes below.

Version 2.2.0:

• Fixed XHTML validation error caused by ampersand in Javascript by enclosing in CDATA brackets
• Fixed $halt being left undefined if a user was logged in but not on the list of disabled users causing problems on PHP set to display warnings
  
• Fixed incorrect usage of passing a variable by reference
  
• Fixed download categorisation being the wrong way round
  
• Added Google recommended try/catch method
